Cream Cheese Chicken

1lb Chicken
2Tbsp butter
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 8oz block Cream Cheese
1 packet Good Seasoning brand Italian dressing mix

Melt butter in saucepan or crock pot.  Add Italian dressing mix and stir until blended.  Stir in chicken and cream of chicken soup.  Blend well, then add cream cheese.  Make sure cream cheese melts and stir very well.  Heat mixture through then take off of heat to cool.

I like to serve this over cooked egg noodles.  Can also be served over mashed potatoes or rice.

For freezer cooking I doubled the recipe and used one whole chicken fully cooked, cooled and meat taken removed.
